Chill a high-end Martini glass
In a shaker with ice:
1 3⁄4 oz of The Gardener Gin
3⁄4 oz of fresh lemon juice
1⁄2 oz of strawberry syrup
1⁄3 oz of fresh orange juice
1 egg white
Shake intensively during 15 to 20 seconds
Filter and serve in the chilled Martini glass
Garnish with a zest of orange
