Chill a high-end Martini glass
In a shaker with ice:
1⁄2 oz of The Gardener Gin
1⁄2 oz of fresh lemon juice
1⁄3 oz of amaro Rhubarb Iris
2⁄3 oz of jasmine bergamot syrup
Shake intensively during 15 to 20 seconds
Top up with Champagne
Filter and serve in the Martini glass
